Pledge Event Software that is proven, affordable, and will make an impact

Sometimes nonprofits just want software for their pledge event.  They don't want to spend thousands on monolithic Donor Management Software.  They just want some software so people can raise money for their walk, 5k, marathon or any a-thon. 

Compassionate Care ALS (CCALS) was one such nonprofit.  They used Blue Sky Collaborative's Sweet Fundraising Software for Events to become the highest fundraiser at the 2007 Falmouth Road Race.  CCALS, a small but impactful nonprofit in Massachusetts raised over $122,000 during the race and added 900 people to their membership database.  The results show how effective the Sweet software can be.

CRM, DRM and Web 2.0, 3.0, 4.0...Infinity

DRM (Donor Relationship Management) for nonprofits will die.  You heard it hear first.

And although it will be a long, slow, painful death for most orgranizations, there will come a day when social networking and web 2.0 apps evolve into the relationship tool that DRM promised but never delivered.  The result will be strong communities with deep connections between stakeholders and the organization. 

That's something that an Excel spreadsheet or Donor Management System simply can not create.
